Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to view my artwork.

I am an artist living in Albufeira, Algarve, Portugal, originally from England. My artistic journey began when I painted my very first piece — a portrait of Jesus — at the age of 19. After that, life took me in different directions, and I did not return to painting again until I was 62 years old. Quite an extraordinary gap between brushstrokes.

Even now, I cannot fully explain what drew me back to painting, but I do know how grateful I am that it did. Creating art has brought me great joy and purpose, and I feel fortunate that many of my original paintings found new homes almost as soon as they were completed. Before each piece left, I photographed it so I could keep a memory of the work and the journey behind it.

Over the years, many people encouraged me to make prints available, so I finally decided to share my artwork with a wider audience. My hope is that these pieces bring you as much enjoyment and inspiration as I experienced while painting them.

As you can see from the date I joined, I have just returned in 2026.
